**Picked Jade City from the tag line. Another magic run world that uses jade to enhance their powers. A new drug makes it so anyone can wield the power of jade. Chaos ensues.

The Last Namsara by Kristen Ciccarelli
Iskari #1 (Goodreads)
**Not familiar with either this book or author but had to pick it up based on the cover alone. Plus, it has dragons/dragonslayers. Light/Dark = Namsara/Iskari
