| New Who by Janey Jane (DeviantArt) |
Ace of Shades by Amanda Foody
The Shadow Game #1 (Goodreads)
**Have to admit that the cover is what drew me to this book first. It sounds like it could be an interesting read. The reviews seem to fall into either love or hate not a lot of in between.
Aru Shah and The End of Time by Roshani Chokshi
Pandava Quartet #1 (Goodreads)
**I've always been interested in mythology and Hindu is not a pantheon that I know a whole lot about. I'm also a big fan of Riordan's work and more willing to give this a try based on that.

| Stratoforge by Sky-Burial (DeviantArt) |
Den of Wolves by Juliet Marillier
Blackthorn & Grim #3 (Goodreads)
**The final book of this trilogy. I'm looking forward to see how the author wraps up both Blackthorn and Grim's stories. I'm hoping that it is not the obvious conclusion to Blackthorn's need for revenge story.
No Good Deed by Kara Connolly
(Goodreads)
**I usually enjoy a good fairy tale retelling. Unfortunately, the ones I've read lately have not been the best. Not enough reimagining, more just rehashing of the original. This is a retelling of Robin Hood. Here's hoping it's at least entertaining.
Daughter of The Burning City by Amanda Foody
(Goodreads)
**A weird murder mystery that takes place in a magical freak show. Cannot wait to read more about a magical illusion (created by someone with no eyes) being murdered. Also, from flipping through, I like the simpleness of the illustrations that are scattered throughout the book.
