**Dresden Files by Jim Butcher has always been one of my favorite series and picked up the book one of this series based on Butcher's cover quote. This has a lot of the same elements while being completely it's own series.

**I'm not sure how but I missed the last book in this series. The problem with this is that I've read all 3 books of the Apollo series and they deal with some of the aftermaths of this series.

**I read Fated (book 1) in a day and had to grab the next two immediately. It reminds my of Butcher's Dresden series. It has that gritty, dark feel to it.

**There were things I like and disliked about the first book. This sounds good but will be the last one I read of the group.
